Rayat Prabodhini does not offer refunds or credits for any exam registrations, study materials, or other services purchased through our platform, except where required by law.
Why No Refunds?
Our services involve immediate processing of exam slots, logical resource allocation, and instant access to digital content. Once a registration is confirmed, the resources are allocated to you and cannot be recovered.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same exam.
- Technical Failure: If a technical failure on our end prevented your registration from being processed, but payment was deducted.
In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment.
